The second-opinion work grew out of the same idea. People kept showing us quotes they didn't understand, and a quote you don't understand is a quote you can't judge — whoever wrote it. So we started reading them with people, and saying so on the website.

What "Finishes" does and doesn't mean.
Capital City HVAC Finishes is a heating and air conditioning contractor. "Finishes" is part of the business name, not a second trade — we don't paint, plaster or coat. The only finish we're responsible for is the finish on an installation: level, sealed, labelled, tested and cleaned up after.
There are no review counts, star ratings, staff biographies, founding years or project counts on this site. Those belong to the business and will be added when the business supplies them.
